- 1 Medium Size Zucchini Squash
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 13 cups Protein Of Your Choice (ground Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Shrimp)
- 1 Roma Tomato, Chopped Into Small Chunks
- 13 cups Carrot Matchsticks
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onions

2In a small bowl, whisk together the Hoisin, soy sauce, lemon juice and Szechuan sauce and set aside.
