  • 3 teaspoons textured vegetable protein, flakes (Textured Vegetable Protein)
  • 14 cup water
  • 1 (2 teaspoon) package Splenda sugar substitute

Directions

    Mix the flax meal and TVP together, add water and microwave for 1 to 1.5 minuts.
