  • 12 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia or 3 tablespoons stevia
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Mix the dry ingredients.

    Whisk the wet ingredients.

    Whisk wet and dry ingredients together.

    Cook in a skillet in butter.

    Brown one side of the pancake, flip, brown the other side, then flip once more.

    Top with butter and your favorite syrup.
