  • 3 cups milk low-fat (1%)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 x nutmeg pinch
  • 3/4 cups parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
  • 1 pound pasta, fettuccine cooked
