- 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
- 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water in top of double boiler. Stir in marshmallows until dissolved.

2Remove from heat and beat in cream cheese and juice from pineapple; cool slightly.

3Blend in Cool Whip and pineapple.

4Chill until firm.

5Makes a nice mold.
