- 3 Tbsp. applesauce
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. chopped apples
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix honey, applesauce, egg substitute, vanilla and milk.

3Mix remaining ingredients.

4Add to first mixture; mix well.

5Pour into a large loaf pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

6(I just mix everything in the food processor, and it does fine.)
