- 4 c. apples, peeled and diced
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt or applesauce
- 1 tsp. walnut extract
- 1 c. each: NutraSweet and fructose
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350° and prepare tube pan with Pam.

2Mix apples, NutraSweet and fructose.

3Let stand for 1 hour, stirring often.

4Mix raisins, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

5Add remaining ingredients and stir well (do not use mixer). Mix in apple mixture and pour into the tube pan.

6Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
