  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1/3 c. apple juice
  • 2 c. chopped apples, peeled
