- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/3 c. apple juice
- 2 c. chopped apples, peeled
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Beat eggs; add vanilla, applesauce, apple juice and apples.

3Blend in dry ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
