  • 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 3/4 c. applesauce
  • 1 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. cholesterol free egg substitute
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. raisins
  • Quick Yogurt Glaze

Directions

    In a large bowl mix first eight ingredients.

    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
