- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 3/4 c. applesauce
- 1 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 c. cholesterol free egg substitute
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. raisins
- Quick Yogurt Glaze
Directions

1In a large bowl mix first eight ingredients.

2Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
