- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs (or more)
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dip chicken in beaten egg, then in crumbs.

2Put in Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

3Mix Parmesan and red pepper and sprinkle over top of chicken.

4Bake in 400° oven 30 minutes.

5Do not turn.
