  • 1 c. skim milk

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and milk together.

    Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Drop dough by large spoonfuls into pan.

    Spray tops of biscuits lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
