  • 1 9/16 cups mushrooms
  • 1 1/3 pounds chicken
  • chicken Colman's of Norwich, Chasseur Recipe Mix
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree

    Slice one onion

    Chop 150g-200g of mushrooms into quaters

    Put the onions and mushrooms into a large casserole dish
  4. 4
    Add 600g Chicken
  5. 5
    Mix the powder from the recipe mix with 425ml water and one tbsp of tomato puree

    Pour the sauce over the chicken, mushrooms and onions
  7. 7
    Cook in the oven for 1 hour on gas mark 7/8

    Serve with potatoes and vegetables of your choice
