- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. low-fat butter
- 3/4 c. cold low-fat or skim milk
Directions

1Heat oven at 450°.

2Cut butter into flour until particles are fine like crumbs.

3Add milk and stir with fork only until dough leaves side of bowl.

4Turn dough out onto lightly floured board; knead just until smooth.

5Roll dough out about 1/2 inch thick and cut with floured cutter.

6Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

7Makes 12 to 14 biscuits.
