- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 c. nonfat milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 c. fructose or 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. cocoa powder
- 1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Mix together egg whites, nonfat milk, vanilla, fructose and applesauce.

2Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into liquid mixture and mix well.

3Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into an 8-inch pan, sprayed with nonstick spray.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.

5Cool and cut into 16 bars.
