- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. Egg Beaters or 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, Egg Beaters or egg whites, cocoa and applesauce or margarine until well blended.

2Stir in vanilla and nuts.

3Spread in pan sprayed with Pam (9 x 13-inch pan).

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5May dust with powdered sugar.
