- 250 grams Fresh okara
- 3 tbsp White flour
- 20 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp Artificial sweetner (Lakanto or sweetener)
- 1 medium or small Egg
Directions

1Saute the fresh okara in a frying pan until crumbly.

2Do not use oil.

3Stir in the butter and artificial sugar well, and add in the egg.

4Add the flour and Step 2 into Step 1, place into a plastic bag and knead well, flatten, and chill in the freezer for about an hour.

5Cut the plastic bag open, and then cut the dough into whatever size you prefer.

6Bake in an oven preheated to 170C for 20~25 minutes.
