  • 250 grams Fresh okara
  • 3 tbsp White flour
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 2 tbsp Artificial sweetner (Lakanto or sweetener)
  • 1 medium or small Egg

Directions

    Saute the fresh okara in a frying pan until crumbly.

    Do not use oil.

    Stir in the butter and artificial sugar well, and add in the egg.

    Add the flour and Step 2 into Step 1, place into a plastic bag and knead well, flatten, and chill in the freezer for about an hour.

    Cut the plastic bag open, and then cut the dough into whatever size you prefer.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 170C for 20~25 minutes.
