- 2 (8 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup low-fat ranch dressing or 1 cup bleu cheese salad dressing
- 34 cup Frank's red hot sauce

Directions

1Cook chicken breasts with 1/4 cup of the hot sauce until completely cooked.

3Mix cream cheese, remainder of hot sauce, and dressing all together.
