- 2 c. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. low-fat or fat-free mayo
- 1/2 c. low-fat or fat-free Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 c. salsa
- burritos or tortillas (soft pack)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook chicken in a skillet until done.

2Mix mayo, sour cream, cumin, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir and add chicken; mix.

3Add shredded cheeses and mix.

4Place 2 spoonfuls on a tortilla shell. Roll up and place in baking dish. Spoon salsa over and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
