- 2 prepared graham cracker crusts
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1 (1 lb.) or 2 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) containers plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
- 30 pkg. Equal or other sweetener (to equal 1 1/4 c. sweetener)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender.

2Blend on high for about a minute.

3Pour into the crusts.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour (until tops are golden brown).

5Let cool in oven, then chill.
