Ingredients

  • 2 prepared graham cracker crusts
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 1 (1 lb.) or 2 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) containers plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 30 pkg. Equal or other sweetener (to equal 1 1/4 c. sweetener)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in blender.

    Blend on high for about a minute.

    Pour into the crusts.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour (until tops are golden brown).
