  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. water
  • 1 pt. strawberries

    Blend first 4 ingredients with electric mixer at medium speed. Blend in sour cream and egg whites.

    Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonfat cooking spray; sprinkle with crumbs (may purchase crust). Pour in cheese mixture and bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

    Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
