- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 pt. strawberries
Directions

1Blend first 4 ingredients with electric mixer at medium speed. Blend in sour cream and egg whites.

2Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonfat cooking spray; sprinkle with crumbs (may purchase crust). Pour in cheese mixture and bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

3Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

4Top with berries.
