- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
- 2 large egg whites
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- Pam cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Slice chicken breast into long strips, about one inch wide.

3Beat egg whites with a fork in a medium bowl.

4Add chicken strips and stir until thoroughly coated.

5Combine spices& corn flakes in a small bowl.

6Dump onto a plate or shallow baking pan.

7Coat chicken on both sides with corn flake mixture.

8Place on baking sheet lightly greased with Pam cooking spray.

9Once all chicken has been coated& placed on pan, spray lightly with Pam.

10(This makes the chicken dippers even crispier.) Bake for 10 minutes.

11Flip dippers.

12Bake for 10 minutes on other side or until chicken is cooked through.

13Serve with plum or bbq sauce.
