Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey (or you can use 1/2 lb. ground chuck and 1/2 lb. ground turkey mixed together)
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 pkg. McCormick chili spice mix (this has the exact amount of spices for 1 lb. meat)
- 3 cans chili beans in sauce (I use Bush's)
- 1 small can tomato sauce or canned tomatoes
Directions

1Cook ground meat until brown and done.

2Add onion and pepper and simmer.

3Add chili spice and mix.

4Stir and simmer.

5Will need to add 1/2 cup water.

6Add tomato sauce on tomatoes.

7Stir well. Heat beans in large stew pan and add mixture.

8Simmer for 30 minutes, covered.

9Add salt and pepper to taste.

10Can serve over spaghetti; kids love it.
