- 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 16 oz. can whole, chopped or stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans beans (pino or kidney)
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of hot sauce
Directions

1In skillet, crumble hamburger; add onion, celery and green pepper.

2Cook until meat is no longer red.

3Pour into large stew pot and add chopped tomatoes, 2 cans beans, salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.

4If desired, can add 2 cups of cooked brown rice when ready to eat.
