  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) no-fat sour cream
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
  • 3/4 c. applesauce or applesauce and plain nonfat yogurt to equal 3/4 c. (replaces 3/4 c. cooking oil)

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, applesauce and sour cream.

    Bake in Bundt pan at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until center tests done.
