- 2 c. warm water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- pinch of salt
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- margarine
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water and then add sugar.

2Add salt and gradually add flour until stickiness is gone but not firm.

3Let raise until double in size.

4Knead about 5 minutes.

5Roll out. Spread margarine over dough.

6Generously spread brown sugar and cinnamon.

7Roll up and cut in 1-inch sections.

8Let raise until double in size and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
