Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
  • 10 ounces corn kernels, canned frozen, whole
  • 1 cup potatoes peeled, diced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 2 cups evaporated milk skim
  • 2 cups milk low-fat

Directions

    Put celery, onion, and green pepper in a pan sprayed with Pam and saute for 2 minutes.

    Add corn, potatoes, water, salt, pepper and paprika.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium; and cook, covered, about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Add other ingredients and simmer.
