- 1 1/4 lbs red potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, quartered
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons coarse ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes (do not peel).

2Combine potatoes, onion and garlic in a medium saucepan.

3Add enough water to cover; bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes break apart easily when pierced with a fork.

5Drain potatoes, and return to saucepan.

6Add remaining ingredients and coarsely mash, leaving some potatoes in chunks.
