- 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
- 1 c. fat free Cheddar cheese, shredded
- paprika
- 1/2 lb. imitation crab, flaked
Directions

1Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasoning. Mix well, then stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.

2Cover and chill two hours.

3Sprinkle with paprika.

4Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
