- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 c. berries (blueberries)
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Beat eggs and blend with other ingredients until batter is smooth and thick enough to coat a spoon.

2Cover and let stand 30 minutes.

3Heat a 5 or 6-inch crepe pan.

4Oil lightly and pour in just enough batter to form a very thin layer.

5Tilt pan so batter spreads evenly.

6Cook on one side, turn and brown on other side. Stack with waxed paper.
