- 2 pkg. dry soup mix (veggie, onion or mushroom)
- 8 oz. low-fat sour cream
- hot sauce to taste
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes (in veggie or mushroom only)
- parsley flakes (optional)
- chopped chives (optional)
- 24 oz. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
- garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Place cheesecloth or coffee filters in a colander and pour yogurt into it to drain.

2Let yogurt drain for at least 45 minutes. After yogurt drains, it will have a texture between sour cream and cream cheese.

3The longer you allow it to drain, the more like cream cheese it becomes.
