  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions
