- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 c. converted long grain rice
- 6 Tbsp. Molly McButter flavor sprinkles
- 1 1/2 c. small broccoli florettes
- 2/3 c. thin carrot slices
- 1 1/2 c. red bell pepper (julienne)
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
Directions

1In medium nonstick saucepan, bring broth to a boil.

2Add rice.

3Reduce heat.

4Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

5Stir in 4 tablespoons butter sprinkles, parsley and vegetables.

6Cover. Continue cooking 10 minutes.

7Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until broth is absorbed.

8Sprinkle with remaining butter sprinkles.

9Fluff with fork and serve.
