- 1/2 c. Golden Dipt fat free lemon butter dill seafood cooking sauce
- 1 lemon, cut in wedges
- fresh dill

1Thaw flounder if frozen.

2Preheat oven to 425°.

3Place fish in single layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Pour cooking sauce evenly over fish.

5Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

6Fish is done when flesh is opaque and flakes easily with fork.

7Garnish with lemon wedges and dill.
