  • 1/2 c. Golden Dipt fat free lemon butter dill seafood cooking sauce
  • 1 lemon, cut in wedges
  • fresh dill

    Thaw flounder if frozen.

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Place fish in single layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Pour cooking sauce evenly over fish.

    Fish is done when flesh is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
