- 1 lb. white Northern beans, washed and sorted
- 1 (16 oz.) can fat-free chicken broth
- 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, pureed with liquid in can
- 1 chopped onion
- 10 oz. 97% fat-free turkey ham, chopped
- 1 1/2 qt. boiling water
Directions

1Soak beans overnight in a large bowl of water.

2The next morning, drain and place in a large crock-pot.
