  • 1/2 plum tomato, chopped
  • 1 corn tortilla, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Directions

    Cook chorizo in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned; drain well to remove excess oil.

    Add onion and pepper; cook 2 minutes.

    Cook until eggs are almost set; stirring occasionally.
