- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped
- 14 cup golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 cup applesauce
- 12 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1 cup bran flakes, slightly crushed
- 1 egg white
- 14 cup sultana
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup flaked coconut (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven 200 celsius.

2In pan combine sugar, syrup and applesauce, heat until sugar dissolved.

3In bowl, combine cereal, sultanas, coconut and nuts.

4In separate bowl, add flour to apricots and mix to coat.

5Add to dry mix, combine.

6Stir in egg whites, vanila and syrup mix, combine well.

7Bake 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.

8Cool 10 mins then cut into bars.
