  • 1 reduced fat graham pie crust
  • 1 can Fat Free Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • yellow or green food coloring, optional
  • small carton Cool Whip Free

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, using wire whisk.

    Stir in lime juice and food coloring.

    Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 minutes.
