- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. no-fat cottage cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- lasagna noodles
- 1 jar low-fat spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook noodles per directions.

2Drain spinach and mix with cottage and Mozzarella cheeses, nutmeg, egg white and Parmesan cheese.

3In casserole dish, put a layer of spaghetti sauce and then a layer of noodles.

4Spread mix over noodles and repeat layer.

5Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375°.
