  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. no-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • lasagna noodles
  • 1 jar low-fat spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook noodles per directions.

    Drain spinach and mix with cottage and Mozzarella cheeses, nutmeg, egg white and Parmesan cheese.

    In casserole dish, put a layer of spaghetti sauce and then a layer of noodles.

    Spread mix over noodles and repeat layer.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375°.
