  • 1/4 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 jar low-fat spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) tomatoes, drained
  • 8 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. fat free or 1% cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan

Directions

    In skillet, brown meat until no longer pink.

    Pour off any fat. Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce.

    Spread 1/3 of sauce mixture in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.

    Lay on 4 of the noodles; spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese over noodles, then repeat 1/3 of the sauce mixture, remaining noodles and sauce.
