- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 (1.1 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 (8 oz.) nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 4 medium peaches, sliced
Directions

1Beat egg white until stiff.

2Add sugar, mixing until creamy. Fold in pecans and oatmeal.

3Spread mixture on a cooking sheet coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
