  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 (1.1 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 medium peaches, sliced

    Beat egg white until stiff.

    Add sugar, mixing until creamy. Fold in pecans and oatmeal.

    Spread mixture on a cooking sheet coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
