Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar, salt and small amount of flour.

3Stir until smooth.

4Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour on counter. Gradually stir in remaining flour.

5Remove dough from bowl and knead in last of flour.

6Knead until smooth.

7Divide dough in half, roll into circles and put on 2 pizza pans.

8Pierce with fork.

9Let rise 10 to 15 minutes.

10Bake crust 15 minutes.

11Then top with your choice of green peppers, low-fat ham, ground turkey breast, low-fat pizza sauce, no-fat Mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes.

12Bake 10 minutes.

13After prebaking crust, you can cover with foil and freeze for later.

14Thaw while the oven preheats and then add your toppings.
