  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped and well drained of excess juice
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme, garlic powder and lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • any wheat mixed pizza crust (from dairy section)
  • Hunt's Italian spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cover pizza crust with Hunt's Italian spaghetti sauce.

    Brown the first 4 ingredients, then add tomatoes.

    Add thyme, garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt; mix well.

    Spray pizza pan with Pam.

    Spread pizza mixture on crust; cook 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
