- 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
- 1 unbaked graham cracker crust (recipe follows)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In a large bowl, combine egg whites and pumpkin.

3Stir in sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

4Stir in milk.

5Pour into crust.

6Bake 15 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack.
