- 1 cup medium grain rice
- 2 liters 1% low-fat milk
- 23 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions

1combine milk and rice in a large pot.

2turn on medium burner.

3cook for 1 hour.

4when its 2/3 to 3/4 done, add sugar.

5after it has cooked for 1 hour, add vanilla.

6while cooking, stir occasionally, especially towards the end.

8note: i sprinkle a small amount of sugar into the milk and rice.
