  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. no fat or low-fat sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 c. low-fat or no fat mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
  • 3 chopped green onions

Directions

    Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.

    Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.

    Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.

    Cover and chill 2 hours to let flavors blend.
