- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 pkg. (2 Tbsp.) dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze until dry.

2Stir dry soup before measuring to mix evenly.
