  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 pkg. (2 Tbsp.) dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

    Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze until dry.

    Stir dry soup before measuring to mix evenly.
