- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 14 teaspoon celery salt
- 12 teaspoon salt
- pepper
Directions

1Mix milk and chicken broth.

2Blend spinach with half the liquid in food processor or blender until smooth.

3Pour into saucepan.

4Blend remaining liquid with margarine, flour and seasonings.

5Add to spinach mixture in saucepan.

6Bring to boil.

7Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
