  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 1 tsp. garlic and salt mix
  • 1 packet Goya's cilantro and achiote
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

    Place in a pot the rice and water and mix.

    Add the garlic and salt mix, onion and garlic and mix.
  3. 3
    Add the Goya cilantro and archiote and mix.

    The last item is the olive oil.

    Mix well and cook until the water is boiling.

    Reduce the flame to a simmer and cook until the water is absorbed and the rice looks cooked to your taste.
