  • 3 c. squash, cooked and mashed
  • 1 carton egg substitute
  • 1/3 c. no-fat cheese, grated
  • 1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. low-fat Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Mix well, except for crackers.

    Sprinkle crushed crackers over top.

    Bake at 350° until firm in the center.

    May substitute broccoli for squash.
