- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 3 slices turkey bacon, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
- 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. low-fat sour cream
- cooked rice or noodles
Directions

1Cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until brown.

2Add onion and cook until tender.

3Drain off excess fat and liquid.

4Blend flour, salt, paprika and pepper with meat-onion mixture.

5Stir in undiluted soup.

6Cook uncovered over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.

7Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, mixing until well blended.

8Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
